Mark Gaston

Mark is a Seattle native having spent 50 plus years in this great city. He graduated in 1983 from Nathan Hale in Seattle. Mark in now in his 15th year at Interbay, and is a key cog in the food service division. Mark loves the Mariners and Seahawks, and is a huge supporter of the UW Huskies. He lives in Lake City with his wife Jeanine and daughters Emily and Ashley. When he goes out to dine, it’s a Bone In New York steak he’s after!

Richard (Bib) Weinmann

Bib was born and raised in Ballard before moving to Monroe in 2001. He worked for Darigold as a milkman for 23 years before joining our team in 2002!!! Bib’s main focus is the University District where he services most Fraternity and Sorority Houses as well as numerous buildings on the UW Campus. He is an avid golfer, and lives and dies with his UW Husky football team. When he dines out, it’s a thick and juicy T-Bone Steak that makes him happy. He still lives in Monroe today, with his wife Lana.   

Logina Parente

Logina was born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School in 1984 before starting her career in the Seafood Industry, which now spans over 30 years. She first started working in vessel operations building long term relationships within the industry. Logina specializes in supporting fisheries which are managed judiciously to ensure the long term sustainability of wild and natural fish stocks and the economic stability of local communities. As a rule she has practiced a Strict Quality Assurance program and procures products for our customers with year round quality supply. She has worked with many area retailers providing education and support while developing new product lines, which are unique and tailored to the specific needs of each customer. In addition to working with high-end retail markets, Logina sources the finest meats and seafood provisions to some of the largest Mega Yachts in the world, catering to their demanding schedule. Logina is the proud mom of two adult children, son Taylor and daughter Sarah, and 12 year old Sam at home. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, cooking and crafting her own wine. When she dines out, it’s Salmon for her, make it Yukon King when in season!

Greg Meierotto

Gregg is another native to Seattle spending all 50 years of his life in the area. Gregg attended Kentridge High School before joining the food service industry in 1986. He spent the next 14 years in Seattle’s restaurant scene before he got into the grapes as a Collectible Wine Broker.  Gregg is now in his second year at Interbay, and his 15th overall in Food Service sales. He loves snow skiing, boating and is heavy into music, which includes playing drums in a band. His favorite cut of Beef is a nice thick Porterhouse steak, or Lamb Rack. He lives in Ballard with his wife Sue, and has a teenage son Nigel.     

Joe Petschl

Born and raised in Seattle, Joe has spent 28 years in the Food Service Industry. He started by making burger patties for his Dad's meat company when he was just 10 years old, and did so every summer thereafter through his teenage years. Joe is a 4th generation meat man, joining his great grandfather, grandfather, and dear old Dad! He decided he wanted his own business, and started Interbay Food Company twenty years ago, and the rest as they say, is History. He married Lisa, the love of his life, and together they have five boys, Joey, Zac, Sam, Greg and Jeff. He loves spending time with family playing cards, being at the lake house or on the boat, and is a die hard Mariner and Seahawk fan. March is his favorite month of the year with St. Patrick's Day, March Madness, and of course, Corned Beef! When Joe is in the mood for a steak, Prime Top Sirloin is at the top of the list!
